"Christ the Son made us heirs."
Where We Find Ourselves
Believers and skeptics alike know something is not right here. Sin lost us the land, divided the people, and cost us the blessing of God's presence. And the law, our guardian, cannot carry us home. So we live like heirs locked outside the castle: sons by promise, orphans in practice, trying to earn what can only be inherited.
What Christ Has Done
Our older Brother came to get us. He was condemned so we are justified, orphaned on the cross so we are sons, baptized into death so we are baptized into life, clothed as a slave so we are robed as royalty. By faith, not law keeping, we stand heirs according to promise.
Vision for the Christian Life
For the church to become a house of royal sons and daughters on the Treasure Coast: people who run to the Father without a middleman, wear their robes into a world that is not yet what it should be, and through the Spirit bring some Eden into every place they walk.
